3 coats. This was really really thin and runny. Not sure if it's meant to be like this or if it's just been sitting in my drawer for too long.

  1. I have always loved this one. No, mine has always been thin and runny too. It's one of those typical Essie's that you love and hate at the same time:) I think the end result is worth the hassle though:)
