China Glaze Blue Year's Eve.

I didn't really want this polish but it came in a set of two so that's cool.
It's actually quite pretty...with some pretty tiny shimmer.
It needed some stamping!
Used Sally Hansen Silver Chrome Color Quick pen with Konad image plate M59.

I went nuts for this blue when it came out for holiday 2011. It's up there in my book for this type of blue as is an older CG that many love called Drinkin' My Blues Away. For those who don't want to spend the $ on the latter, grab a bottle of this. It's still around to be had at a decent price.
