Twinkle Twinkle.

I saw this polish on a blog once and fell in love. Of course when I went to look for it at the store I realized it was a discontinued color :( I tried to forget about it but a few months later I was on Ebay and I said "hey let's see" and OMG it was available and not only that, it was only like $3!!! :D

3 coats. It's pretty sheer but it's worth it. It's got this gorgeous blue shimmer/glitter in it. OMG such a beautiful thing in a lavender polish. It makes it so unique....just beautiful.

  12. This is pretty! I love Milani polishes. Another really pretty one is called Cloud 9. It's pretty sheer though .. I can get opacity in 3 or 4 coats, but it's worth it. :)
